INTAKE
An introductory meeting where we listen to your story, what you want to achieve, and your goals. We'll discuss our approach and develop a plan.
SCREENING & OPMETING
We'll establish a baseline. We'll determine your current values, and then monitor them monthly. We'll start by developing your training and nutrition plan.
TRAINING GUIDANCE
During the training, each exercise is explained, shown and adapted according to level.
We will determine whether any adjustments need to be made to achieve optimal results.
FOLLOW-UP & MOTIVATION
Re-measurements and follow-up appointments are scheduled regularly! We'll do everything we can to keep you motivated and focused on achieving your goals!
