For me, sports and exercise are a way to de-stress. A good workout helps me review everything clearly and gives me the motivation to keep going.

I try to get my clients on board with this philosophy. Many people see training as something they have to do to achieve a goal. They dread it! However, that's not the reality!

Besides achieving your goal, it gives you more self-confidence and energy that will come in handy in everyday life!
