We start with an introductory meeting in which we listen to your story and what you want to achieve.
We'll conduct a screening and measurement, determine the initial value, and discuss how we'll begin the process .
We create a training and nutrition plan tailored to your personal goals.
We use a check-in questionnaire in which we use feedback to efficiently focus our coaching on achieving your results.
Depending on your coaching plan, weekly sessions will be scheduled, which can be by phone or video call. We'll keep you motivated and focused on your goals.

The coach can very efficiently monitor the training and nutrition plan and adjust it where necessary!
