Do you prefer exercising in a group?
Training sessions for 2 to 4 people. Train under the guidance of a personal trainer. A proper training structure and necessary adjustments ensure optimal results! Everyone in the group exercises according to their level, and we apply the necessary individual progressions and adjustments. Get support and motivation throughout the entire plan!
POSSIBILITIES

SMALL - GROUPTRAINING
Motivate and support each other with weekly group training sessions. Groups of four are selected for clients with similar goals! During the sessions, the necessary individual progression and adjustments are provided so everyone can exercise in a way that suits them!

DUO - PERSONAL TRAINING
Do you enjoy working out with your best friend? Then this is definitely for you!
Duo training takes place in groups of two people, each with a shared goal. We apply the necessary individual adjustments and progressions so everyone can enjoy a workout tailored to their needs.
