
The Foundation Trajectory
Want to see real results, but don't know where to begin? The Foundation Program is an intensive 8-week program and the standard starting point for every new client. During this period, we'll work together to lay the foundation for a fitter, stronger, and healthier body—in a sustainable way.

Every week, you'll train one-on-one with a personal trainer. No standard schedules, but workouts completely tailored to your body, level, and goals. We'll work on technique, strength, and fitness, so you can progress safely and efficiently.
You'll also receive a personalized nutrition plan, including recipes tailored to your lifestyle. Our digital training and nutrition app also provides guidance outside of training sessions. You'll always have insight into your schedule, nutrition, and progress, and you'll never be alone.
To make your progress measurable, we start with a comprehensive body assessment and intake. In week 4, we evaluate your progress and make adjustments where necessary. In week 8, we conclude the program with a final assessment and evaluation, so you know exactly where you stand and what the next steps are.
